    Excellent seller, who wrapped this very delicate Antique porcelain cheese dome and plate extremely well, and it arrived halfway across the world without any damage whatsoever. I can’t thank her enough for going to the effort. The parcel was held up somewhere when it arrived in my country, and there was no tracking updated, yet she tried to locate it for me from the UK. Her communication has been excellent. Very helpful, friendly seller.

    As described (but see below). Prompt dispatch and delivery. Excellent communication. Unfortunately, despite what I would consider more than adequate packaging, the item arrived broken in half. I can only assume it was subject to a significant shock in transit. The highly apologetic seller responded immediately to my notification of what had happened and offered and processed an immediate full refund.
