    The product was brand new in the unopened packaging as described. I was happy about the that. It arrived in perfect condition within a week of me purchasing it. My only concern is that it had a sweet smoky smell like maybe the seller heats with wood or coal or is a smoker. As soon as I opened the outer package I noticed the odor. I popped some scent beads in a ziplock bag with the yarn and we shall see. Overall very pleased. Thank you !

    positive on the shipping and wrapping! that is why i know my item could never been damaged in shipping, i was sold a cracked item without any disclosure from seller. very unhappy! I would like to contact the seller but they make it impossible to do so, therefore they get a bad review

    Items are checked very carefully. I would never knowingly sell a damaged item without disclosing the damage. This buyer never contacted me or opened a return. I am always happy to work with buyers in these circumstances.
