  I was concerned about spending more than $1000 with a vendor, that didn't have a phone number. I wanted some sort of reassurance, some sort of relationship with someone I'm handing $1000 plus dollars. After I "pushed buy," I sent a message with my concerns, correct part, condition, etc... I did receive a quick message back addressing those concerns. Part arrived well packaged, strapped to skid. Part condition was in good shape as described in follow up message.
