The difference this time is that delivery took longer and both packages (each containing four 250 gram pouches of tea) had obviously been opened (apparently for inspection) and then crudely thrown back together and each taped with about a half a roll of packaging tape. One of the 250g pouches in one of the shipping bags had been crudely stabbed open on the side (apparently for inspection) and then roughly taped closed. More scrutiny on packages from China!
