  ITEM WAS SHIPPED IN A PLASTIC BAG WITH NO PROTECTIVE PACKAGING AT ALL! PIECES POKED THROUGH THE BAG & WERE DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING. ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS, BRIDGE SUPPORTS & THE ELEMENT ITSELF WERE BENT OUT OF SHAPE. HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR FOUR DAYS TO RETURN IT FOR A FULL REFUND BUT, SO FAR, THE SELLER SUGGESTED BENDING IT BACK INTO SHAPE & ONLY OFFERS A DISCOUNT IF I DON'T RETURN IT. TIME TO INVOLVE EBAY TO GET MY REFUND. SELLER & ITEM DESERVE ZERO STARS. POOR KNOCK-OFF; NOT WORTH A CENT!
