    Very prompt shipping the same day order was placed. The paintings always come well padded and sealed and in sturdy boxes. The paintings are actually prettier than described and this seller is selling a premium product at a low price .

    Super fast shipping and the packing of the frame was very secure using several layers of protection. It was very well described and it arrived safely.     It is a beautiful figurine. The level of intricacy in both the carving & painting is astounding. While the figurine was as described, the online photos did not do it justice. It came right on time, if not a day early. It was very securely & safely packaged. The amount of bubble wrap alone made me feel like I was peeling the layers on an onion. All-in-all this has been value positive. The seller is going into my saved sellers file.

    I had a disastrous previous experience with a poorly packaged mirror but, this seller, absolutely amazing packaging. Cut heavy cardboard to cover the large oval mirror. Mirror arrived in perfect condition and is gorgeous! It was as described. The seller used FedEx vs USPS which I think helped. Good value for an art deco mirror!!

    Beautiful antique frame exactly as described. Shipping inexplicably took much longer than expected and then sadly the frame finally arrived damaged (in spite of how well it was packaged) which was obviously the fault of USPS. Even so, the seller so very graciously offered to replace the damaged piece and expedited it to me. It's so rare to find this much kindness in a stranger and I'm so grateful our paths crossed. Overall very happy with this purchase and would purchase from this seller again!
