    Items were as described. Box arrived damaged. Bubble wrap taped to plates in places but bubble wrap and cardboard kept the plates intact and tape didn’t damage silver trim. Thank you!

    Just got my hat today and so pleased that it is as described, if not better than I expected. Packed well and shipping was fast. It was a great value and I'm so thrilled to finally have one. Highly recommend this seller! Great communication too!

    Happy with product, price and speed. Good seller. Might be a miracle that it arrived in tact since the packaging was the worst I’ve ever seen. I blame UPS for doing it, accepting it or inspecting it and doing a lousy repackaging.

    Item was damaged in transit but seller was highly responsive and refunded the purchase price and shipping upon receipt of my photos showing damage. Seller communication was excellent. I highly recommend the seller based on his/her outstanding attitude to dealing with the problem and making it right. I will definitely try to buy D56 items again from this seller. Seller deserves an A+. I couldn't be more satisfied.

    Since this was my husband's order, I couldn't leave feedback until he gave me the okay. Well, he just did and he said that the ink popped right into his printer. The ink was shipped fast and as described. He was very pleased with the entire transaction. My husband thanks you and I thank you.
