Very bad experience. I have ordered blue heaven kajal and they sent me a cheap Rs 20 worth kajal instead and asked me to use it. They don't even bothered to offer a compensation for their mistake and they wanted me send the item back to get the refund. Now I need to wait for the return to be processed to get my refund. It's disgusting
