    excellent quality Patagonia hard shell, item exactly as described, NWT, in excellent condition. great value. the color is beautiful as described by the seller. was well packaged, shipping was prompt and reasonably priced. communication with the seller was great, they took the time to check on the inner tags and model year for the jacket, as i was trying to replace a specific 12+ yr old coat that is sadly showing its age. they also took the time to further describe the color and trim/zippers.

    Exactly what I was looking for! And they shipped faster than expected! Good seller! I thought they were not delivered, and sent a message. The seller responded in five minutes! Not 24 hrs. Told me USPS and it's in the box! I found it. Seller is exceptionally responsive!

    The vest is perfect, (and brand new, as stated). Exactly what I wanted, the quality of the garment is superb. ("Fast ship" is an understatement. It arrived two days before I was expecting it). The customer service from this company is exceptional. I have dealt with them before, and I know this first hand. The price for the item was so reasonable. It was a smooth transaction that left me very pleased. Thank you for the wonderful service.

    Item arrived on time and as described. I am very happy with my purchase! Just one little detail... I had to be careful while cutting open package as to not damage pants. They had no protective lining except for the plastic envelope it came in. It's efficient, but pants could have been damaged.
