    Was a little nervous about buying such a risky & high priced item on eBay even though I know we do have buyer protection. The seller was helpful & responded to texting within eBay but had quicker response by just calling. The sellers phone # was available. The motor arrived & looked to maybe be older than posted with this motor only having 48K miles. Seller quickly provided a Vin # and after a paid search the vehicle/motor checked out. I would recommend this seller. Motor is in my car & running

    I already typed a story but let's go. Shady business tactics. Sent a transmission that was not as listed and wouldn't fit my car. Had to get EBAY involved for the refund. Poor communication. Tried to get me to close the case before I got my refund. Sent me a transmission listed by another seller. They have the same transmission listed still under different sellers. They mostly responded at 3am. The contact on shipping was a business partner overseas. I will not buy from this seller again.

    Seller actually was great . Had a small issue but management wrote me within 24 hours and more than fixed my issue . I’ll definitely be shooping here again
