I had trouble getting my wifi hotspot to connect, so they graciously activated the second SIM for my cell phone, which was an overseas phone and helped me troubleshoot a problem with activating it. Customer service is better than what I had expected from a cell phone company and much better than one of the big companies like T-mobile, Verizon, or AT&T. I'll definitely return to Fastnet mobile in the future.
