    I expected the package of pills to be inside a sealed box with the name or branding, but I just received the insert with the pills, no sealed box. This is unacceptable. I sent two messages to the seller and he just answered the same, asking to explain the issue.

    Nice item, extremely well packaged and received in good time. Just be aware the postal tracking system can be very misleading - it appeared for a long time that my item hadn't been sent, but ultimately received in within the estimated timeframe. Communication from the seller could have been more proactive, but tracking is outside the seller's control, so I can't fault the seller for confusion caused by the carrier.
