  Hi, the boots are brand new unworn, direct from Timberland, in the photos the box looks as if it has been damaged in transport.Timberland shoes and boots have crease marks and light scuffs around the toebox, this is very common we have been selling these for over 10 years. This would occur naturally on your first step withing 20 seconds of wearing them anyway. We received no contact, just negative feedback, we have never had negative feedback in 10 years of trading, we could have refunded you ?
