    Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had on eBay, there was an issue with the product sent to me however once I contacted the seller they quickly sent a label to send back the faulty product and sent a brand new one within 2 days of the initial complaint, this has been a wonderful experience and I will definitely be buying from this seller again 10/5⭐️

    Battery arrived incredibly quickly (ordered on Sunday and arrived on Wednesday). It was packaged well and was not damaged. It needed to be recharged before use, but it was described as never used so this is to be expected. Based off of this purchase, I would recommend this seller for a hassle free process.

    Goods as described and sent promptly. Only problem was Evri courier who failed to make one delivery then redelivered days late to a "safe place", ie hanging out of my letterbox for every passer-by to see! Seller helpfully communicated what they could but couldn't help much. No blame attaches to them but frustrating for me.

    Received item in a damaged condition. The seller, in all fairness offered a discount, but the damage meant that the item was unusable. (Bit like buying a clock with no hands) item sent back and am awaiting refund. If I am honest, communication was good.
