  The advertisement is misleading In ordered 2 brushes and a tin of black polish it took 3 weeks and more to arrive and when it did it was only a tin of polish, I have been in touch with the seller a number of times regarding this and they keep saying I only ordered a tin of polish. Please will you look at their advertisement . Their way of saying that I am in the wrong and send an attachment which I can't open to see and in any case you will see by their AD on your site what I understand.

  Following a thorough investigation of your purchase, it has been noted that you selected the 50 ML black polish (£2.89) from the drop-down menu, which also displayed an image of the corresponding product you would receive, and then successfully completed payment for your order. You have indeed received the correct product. It is unclear why the buyer believes they were to receive two brushes along with the 50 ML black polish.
