  Took about 3 weeks to arrive. Poor communication just standard computer generated messages. They were not interested in the issues . When it did arrive it was rammed in a box all crushed and the product quality is poor for price. Wish I'd used my local petshop and paid an extra £10. Avoid at all costs really disappointed in this company.

  Only issues, product was delivered in clear plastic wrapping hence present was seen by due recipient, so no longer a surprise. Royal Mail had advised delivery would be November 21st, so contacted them since we would not be at home that day, Royal Mail requested I supply a new date for delivery so I replied November 22, received new email from them “As requested, we’ll deliver your parcel on Friday 22 November 2024” parcel was found on doormat Thursday 21st November when we arrived home late

  Ordered 4 rolls of these bags and only 1 was delivered. Terrible service. Don't buy. Contacted seller and this was the reply (below) How can I return an item, that i haven't received. "We are sorry to hear that the item did not meet your expectations. Sure you can return the item for exchange or refund but is it possible for you can send us the picture of the faulty/Wrong item so we can look into more details and sort this out as quickly as possible for you?   Do not recommend this seller, I’ve waited 3 weeks for a two pairs of trainers socks and they still haven’t arrived I’ve raised a dispute with eBay told them I still haven’t received the socks and asked for a full refund and also a replacement of the socks !! Do t waste you’re time buying from these people or robots whoever they are their a bunch of time wastes and steal your money !! 🤬
