    like the saw. both packages came the same day not real sure about the support for the saw yet. called the number on the card that came with the saw, was a new york number and did not answer. sent an e-mail and got a generic answer but received the info I needed the next day. support seems to be ok but will see what happens

    Good seller! Great communication and surprisingly fast response time with excelent customer service. I got the f660v chainsaw with 25 inch bar. I received my items, put them together and Crank It Up! No issues here!!! I am thinking about buying the auger next since this deal went so well!

    I'm going to give 5 stars even though the saw arrived with a broken chain brake handle. The saw was double boxed and plenty of padding but the transport company must have parked the truck on top of it to ensure not to get stolen at night or something. I sent an email and had a positive response within an hour getting the issue resolved. I have 11 Pro Stihl saws that I cut firewood with for gas stations and campgrounds with but needed a saw for a large blowdown. It pulled the 42" bar easy

    Just received my post hole digger and assortment of auger and extensions. Pleasantly surprised that no damage from shipping , everything was well packaged and accounted for. Looks like great quality and look forward to using it. At this point expectations met with no disappointments. For the price this is a great value.
