  The book was very well packaged and is just as decribed by the seller. The postage was a little expensive but this seems to be the norm for items shipped from the USA. I am pleased with my purchases and feel the price paid was good value. The only negative, which has nothing to do with the seller but DHL. DHL delivered the parcel on a weekend and as we are a business address there would have been no one to receive the parcel. They left the parcel on the grounds. Luckily a groundsman found it.

  Thank you. The service manual was as described and in excellent condition and I would order from him again. I'm not going to take away feedback because usps decided to hold the package hostage for 9 days past the delivery window because the seller shipping it in a timely manner. That was beyond his control. I got exactly what I ordered and for that, thank you !!!

  Item was packed well and received in excellent condition. It is the only set I recently order to have the original publisher’s (sleeve) as shown in seller’s photo. This was a heavy 2 volume set. Thank you!

  This item is the other part of a combined order. Just received both items today and everything is excellent. Both volumes are in great shape just as the seller described them. The seller is very good to work with; prices are fair & they are willing to combine items to help reduce packing & shipping costs. Seller takes great care to ensure the items are well packed & can survive the shipping. My first time working with this seller but I am very satisfied with their responsiveness & integrity.
