  First of all, that’s impossible that they tried leaving me a message because you’re able to leave feedback, but you’re not able to leave a message or open up a return kind of sad that they just left feedback and not even inquired about how to fix it. firstly I have postal insurance And if anything is lost stolen or damaged it’s covered but firstly, you have to open the return and only then I can start and fix it which this person neglected the whole process and just did what they wanted to do

  Exactly as described, brand new. Excellent find, hard to find this discontinued product. Shipping cost more than the product, but the total price was very reasonable due to the discount on the product itself. It was sent from Canada and got to Florida in six days, that is fast. So don't be alarmed by the shipping cost. Excellent seller. Thank you!

  The item, price, and the seller's service are all great but I am really disappointed with the shipping. A "last mile" courier, Stallion couldn't find the address, marked the package "consignee moved" which is not true, and then left it at a pick-up spot 250 kms away without any communication with me. Did not respond to my email or call. I had to do some sleuthing in the fine print of the tracking and then send a friend to pick up, at extra cost. I won't have the item in hand until next month.
