  Unreliable, unhelpful seller! Order two weeks ago and nothing. Claimed it was sent tracked but no tracking number. Then claimed it would actually be delivered today but still nothing! Repeatedly requested a refund but was belligerently refused on the grounds that they wanted proof it was NOT delivered!

  As I stated to you , it will be refunded in full as soon as Royal Mail confirm its not been delivered , or as soon as it arrives back . Your attitude and aggressive stance has not helped in this matter

  I ordered the hat on 4th March , and was not dispatched until 11th March 7 days later , I wanted the hat for an event on the 16th March , although communication was good from seller, very poor service , he did offer refund on 15th but not received hat or refund as yet 18th March 2025 , just not good enough

  Paid for this on the 28th June but the seller never posted until the 10th July, Although the product was fantastic the service was poor, even a message just to keep us informed would of prevented this neutral feedback. Maybe you should advertise that items are pre orders to save any confusion.

  We did message to tell you when delivery would be , and dispatch time is set as 7 days on this item as they come from Holland

  Item great. Better than description. I ordered too late and left a message asking if they could possibly expedite. It arrived the day before I needed it, 4 days before their normal time projection. So grateful to the seller for expediting.
