  Although I DID receive a full refund, the Seller cancelled my order under false reasons... I DID NOT REQUEST THIS ORDER TO BE CANCELLED!!! Seller never shipped item, cancelled my order, and gave me a full refund under false pretenses!!! Seller claims there was a glitch in the computer system on reason for the full refund, so I contacted eBay for resolution about the cancellation made! OVERALL, NEVER RECEIVED; BUT, RECEIVED FULL REFUND!!! I AM STILL UNCLEAR WHY???

  This item was purchased to replace a similar electric shower instant water heater but it arrived damaged. I contacted the seller and was provided a full refund even though the damage was caused in transit. Sellers like this make good business sense and good ebay-ers! Cheers.
