The item was packaged carefully with a lot of bubble wrap, but accidents sometimes do happen in shipping. The item was also shipped within the three business days stated in my (and ebays) policies. I thought the buyer and I had congenial communication about this situation, so I am surprised and saddened to see this negative feedback. I apologized and refunded right away-not sure what else I could have done.
