    The wrong pen was shipped (EF instead of F) and the seller provided a partial refund and I agreed to keep the pen. The pen itself is brand new, beautiful and a great writer. I appreciate the communication with the seller and us reaching a mutual agreement on the item. Shipping was a little slow to hear that it finally shipped but once that notification was received, it arrived fairly fast.

    The item, ( 3pc. doll outfit) I purchased for my wife, was just as seller described and price was very reasonable. Shipping took awhile because it came from overseas, but I would buy from this seller again.

    Bought an item from this seller and waited 10 days for shipping info before reaching out to them only to be told the item wasn't in stock. They didn't reach out to me after the sale to tell me they had no stock and would need to cancel the sale. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
