  This purchase was immediately cancelled and immediately refunded as confirmed by my bank. The reason given (provided by eBay): "Cancellation reason Out of stock or damaged" I guess we'll just leave it at that, however, I did not receive the courtesy of any communication from the seller. I suspect it's probably just as well.
