  Wrong item was sent initially, but seller was very responsive and gave me a credit back along with keeping the item that was sent. I am satisfied with the experience because the seller made it right. The product i received was a great mount.. brand new , good value, looks well made. Just not the exact mount I wanted .   Exactly what it said it was. Shipped from China. They explicitly say it's a Chinese knockoff. Got what I paid for. No complaints
