    I ordered this pair of Puma Cell 10 sneakers from this seller, however there was a goof-up from the seller. They promptly messaged me about the issue and promptly fully refunded me the money from this order. They did well, kept me informed about this matter and resolved it promptly. Most certainly a "postive experience", even tho I did not receive these Puma sneakers I ordered, at least they informed me & fully refunded me my money. Thanks.

    It didn't take too long to receive considering it came a couple a thousand miles. Packaging wasn't as sturdy as I would have liked with damage I had to deal with. Seller did compensate me for that. My first experience with FedEx didn't go well with half delivered one day the other half the next. Tracking was almost non existing. The description of chairs was spot on and I am happy with my purchase.

    It took very long to receive must have been lost? But it was not the size that was posted ,115 x 94?? asked for the different to be refunded which was on there site for a $8.00 refund and they refused.
