  Seller did not ship item, then refused to cancel even though I told them I no longer wanted it. I had to wait 3 weeks to get money back because they refused to cancel WHILE never shipping it. Uncommunicative. Caused unnecessary issues & delayed process. They also relisted item after I tried to cancel but refused to cancel order & did not respond to messages after their first message said they would ship soon. Worst experience I ever had on this site in over a decade.
