  The Record 050C Operating Instructions were received as shown on eBay. Shipping was very quick. The manual was bound with a clear plastic cover, and shipped in a manila envelope inside a heavy plastic outer envelope. The seller did contact me prior to shipping to note this is a copy, not an original manual. It was obviously run off on a copy machine and some text is a little bury, but the essential information is certainly usable. I would certainly purchase from this seller again.

  For being a used manual that I ordered on eBay, it looked like it was brand new, very pleased with his service I would definitely deal with him again everything he said was exactly the way it was. He contacted me ahead of time to reassure me. It was on the way, and if it wasn’t what I was looking for to contact him, he would make it right when it arrived. I was more than happy. Definitely deal with this person again.

  It’s exactly as the seller description and exactly what I needed shipped fast and received earlier than expected. The seller communicates very well and has a want to take care of their customers first. If I need another manual and they have it I will buy it from them.
