    I had a great experience with this seller. Prompt communication. Packaged item with care. Amazing turn time on the repair. Whole entire process took less than a week including shipping for me. John was awesome to deal with and I highly recommend his services. Radio is back in the car and so far no problems. Thanks John! You saved my hearing, my mental health and most importantly my marriage with this repair!

    Radio arrived back to me a week earlier than UPS said it would. It was packaged very well, and after reinstalling it seems to work great. I have not yet had the chance to run it for an extended period where the static usually began. If the static comes back I'll update my review. That aside, it was a very easy process, all my questions were answered quickly, and the repair was faster than anticipated.

    Radio works again. Sent on Friday and had it back the following Friday. Would recommend to anyone that needs their radio fixed. Really happy with this service

    I'm so happy that we found this service on eBay. My wife's Accord developed the static that apparently is a common problem with these radios; we removed the radio and sent it to John. He was great with communication and repaired the radio and shipped it back quickly. It has been several weeks now, and no more static - like new! If you have this problem, don't hesitate to send it to John at factoryradios; it will save you tons over what the dealership would charge.

    All good. These guys are on it, they know the deal. Radio repaired back to factory, and also fixed the CD. Could not be more satisfied. Also, super fast, they shipped it back in one day. Thanks guys!!
