The condition was brand new in the wrappers as described. I’ve already tried it out on the course, and it performs beautifully around the greens, giving me more confidence with my short game. BACKSTORY - I decided I didn't want the 3 club package, so Roger built me a 7 hybrid to fill the gap in my bag. His communication with me was very good. He's very open to what I'm doing. He's very helpful. So he made my a deal, and I still have money on account to purchase another club or clubs.

After an hour or so i realized I selected the wrong one. I contacted the seller right away and told them of my error. They got back to me before shipping and collected what I wanted andf custom built it to those specs and did not charge me any additonal fees. This folks is how you make a buyer happy and wanting to tell everyone how great the service was. I have told many of my friends sodont hesitate to purchase from them.

Their customer service is outstanding, I've purchased 2 products from FDG, a 24 degree #9 wood and an 18 degree #5 wood. The first purchase had a problem because of an ordering error that I made. The error was quickly resolved by FDG and both clubs arrived exactly as advertised. In my opinion, the quality of the clubs is the same as much more expensive clubs. I will definitely be doing more business with FDG

Time will tell if I play any better, but can't blame the seller for that (or maybe I should since nothing is really my fault - HA!). Shipping is a bit slow so keep that in mind when ordering, but it will be pretty close to what the seller notes. But hey, it's free and you get a good club for far less than the big boys.

He was very apologetic., but the delay was not his fault. The delay caused the delivery schedule to conflict with my availability, so he personally made sure the club would arrive when I would be home to accept delivery.. greatly appreciated! I will definitely be doing business with him in the future. My Golf Club was very well protected during shipping!!
