  Fast shipping. New condition. This was the second purchase of this item. The first set of three came in with no problem. This second order, we received only 2 pieces instead of the three that was offered in the listing. The stopping communicating and never sent the third bra.

  Item is as described and worked seamlessly with our existing Samsung TV. Shipped from China, so expect it to take a while to get stateside, but overall very happy with both seller and product.

  This seller is fraud. He clearly listed that the remote if genuine and he sent a cheap counterfeit. I raised the issue to the seller and he expect me to pay for shipping the controller to china. Why would I pay for shipping if he lied on his listing and sent counterfeit while claiming it genuine. Not recommended stay away. I will keep escalating and further report him to eBay.

  Item was new but defected. Contacted seller to get return shipping label to get replacement but seller stated because they are located in China they couldn’t provide a return shipping label. If seller sends a replacement I’ll revise my feedback to reflect on the replacement. I understand sometimes there are manufacturers defects so I’m giving the seller an opportunity to make this right. If seller doesn’t provide a replacement and this feedback hasn’t changed then obviously I’m at a loss.
