  Bought and paid for in March, I had no tracking no to find my parcel. After several emails to the seller, it was ascertained that my cellphone number, was incorrect, and the parcel was at a post office in Mosselbay. Most of our post offices, have been closed down in RSA. With all my purchases from other vendors, the parcels are delivered right to our door, in the retirement village, so this one was unsatisfactory for me.

  The wrapping was terrible, the box/package was destroyed and useless. Item was not as described, did not look like it was new etc. Contacted the seller whom was wery helpful, the support was good and we came to an agreement. When you have to send something it has to handle the shipping.
