  Everything about this sale exceeded my expectations. The product was brand new in the mfg packaging and shipping information was provided before my purchase payment card cooled off. I believe this was the best price available but to be honest I chose them for their reputation, the professionalism of their description page and that USPS tracking was provided. That they are women-owned wasn't known until I got it early and well packed to avoid damage. I highly recommend them. GREAT SELLER! AAA++++

  Item does not appear to be Genuine as the listing suggests. There are no indications of the Hoover branding or logo but the item appears to be a good quality. As far as the item's appearance, the item arrived as 2 loose belts inside a generic mailing plastic envelope without any type of Genuine Hoover packaging which reflects badly on the Genuine claim in the item's listing title. Time will tell if it is a good value. The condition appears to be New (Unused).

  Item was as described and seller was a good communicator. 1st two emails said it would arrive 3/14 to 3/18. 3rd said it would arrive 3/22. 4th, 5th and 6th said it would arrive 3/20 and it did, but 2 days late.

  Exactly the repair kit as described and what I ordered. Seller shipped very quickly after placing my order. The kit was well packaged and arrived early. And on Friday, so my husband can get the vacuum cleaner repaired on Saturday. Very good experience with this seller.

  Took 3 weeks to deliver, mis shipped all through the postal system. Seller did not respond to my 2 emails. Product was not worth the price. Would not buy from again.

  So first off, this item does not come in the original packaging as illustrated in the thumbnail. This user is more of a whole seller and will send the belts in a simple postal service plastic package. Even though the listing does not reflect this fact, you will not get the Eureka branded bags that are shown, so keep that in mind. The belts arrived fast enough, and were undamaged during transit, though they fit, they may not be genuine Eureka belts.
