    I love this light. When the package arrived one of the tubes was broken. Response from the seller was very quick. They gave me a few options to either return and replace the sign or they could send me the tube and I could replace it. I opted to replace the tube; they sent a new tube out with instructions. They tube arrived within a couple days and it was simple to replace. Thanks for the excellent customer service!

    Packed like pros. Took about 10 minutes to un pack. Lit right up with no issues. Looks Great. Took a bit to ship but worth it.

    As advertised and arrived on time.....and talk about protecting an item for shipping....hands down THE most professional and thoughtful packaging job I've ever seen! I was a bit concerned how well it would travel considering how far it had to go (and how rough shippers can be) but it arrived perfectly. This thing is beyond cool - I'm putting it in the garage but might have to get another for the house too. Thank you for a cool product at a good price.... Merry Christmas..... <><
