    Very disappointing experience. Seller shipped an item with no tracking update and claimed it was USPS’s fault. I never asked for a replacement, yet they sent one without my consent and blamed me for their own poor handling. Communication was rude, defensive, and unprofessional. I’ve bought and sold thousands of items — this was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Would not recommend.
