    My first time buying from eBay has been a good experience. Eddie’s Outlet Mall was quick to respond and their customer service is excellent. They are easy to reach and quick to respond.     The shipping was expeditiously done, the packing was done at a professional level and everything inside the package was described, exactly as was on the website. To me this game, my purchase at value and more confidence in dealing with them in the future. Obviously, this person knows what they’re doing and does it well.     Mugs are in excellent condition and as described in the posting. Arrived packed very well. The seller shipped 5 mugs because there 5 in the picture, even though the description said 4. This is an honest seller. Would buy from again if needed.

    All four bowls arrived in great condition. Only one even had wear in the glaze to indicate it had even been used. I felt like the price was great, too! Packaging could have, perhaps, been a BIT better. They were all wrapped together thoroughly in bubble wrap, but then the whole collection was otherwise swimming in a box that was too big with no additional padding.
