  Shipped in Alloy retail packaging, not put in another box, but seemed to make it here okay. Second time i bought from. Showed up a week late? Wish it would have arrived on time. Hope this informs you. Thank you for offering a good price from an USA company.

  Seller still had not corrected the amount of blocks I ordered after 2 months. Doesn't communicate and waits long periods of time to ship and then uses very slow ship method. Cannot seem to make things right no matter what i share. Someone can't understand orders correctly no matter how clear i am not will he ship the correct one even after knowing the situation and knowing I refused the incorrect items. VERY frustrating all around. Some communication + GOOD customer service would go a long way

  Item as described. Good eBay seller. Free shipping on the item. Not sellers fault as it was shipped same day as paid for, but USPS took two weeks to deliver item once they received it. Just to explain the one star on shipping time. Again, not seller’s fault.

  It took almost three weeks to get here and I returned it because I had to purchase elsewhere instead of waiting on it. Their return process took another three weeks and whomever answers their emails has an attitude worse than mine. Customer service is terrible. When you open a case on eBay they answer eBay but leave you wondering what’s going on. I’m buying parts elsewhere. eBay’s return policy does not favor the customer either. This was my worst eBay experience ever.

  Part arrived over a week late , package was sealed with o-ring missing .. I have made multiple attempts to contact seller with no response.The only thing worse than not getting what you ordered is bad customer service.
