  It's unfortunate that the scanner was faulty, as everything else was perfect. Description was spot on. Delivery was fast and tracked. Everything was in the box and it was extremely well packaged. Had it not been faulty, it would have been excellent value, too.

  Seller was unable to fulfil order due to misplacing it. I have moved my feedback to positive as everyone makes mistakes and nobody is perfect. Seller has refunded me in full. Despite waiting for a whole week, I am far happier than I was a few days ago.
