  A great bit of kit and a fantastic company to deal with. For other UK buyers: Before buying the Source Turbo I did email Extractcraft. Their comms were brilliant, I received prompt responses, even at the weekend. I ordered on Sunday eve UK time and it arrived on Tues morning. Note that two different UPS delivery options are available. UPS emailed me the day before delivery requesting payment of tax and duty before delivery, this came to £120 comprising £97 VAT, £9 duty and £14 disbursement fee.

  Only too happy to serve out UK customers. We have been in business for ten years, but only two years on eBay. eBay makes foreign sales happen more easily. There are a variety of shipping options. In the past, tariffs and VAT were known and paid in advance. Recent changes produce UPS import brokerage fees that eBay does not know and we cannot accurately estimate. However £120 seems normal for a Source Turbo. Its is 7.7kg, which is not as light as a feather. Cheers!

  Very quivk to ship out. I have not had the opportunity to use the unit, but i have a second one that ive had since 1998 and i love it!! Great price!!

  Easy to make all kinds of extracts separately or all together. New ways to concentrate botanicals at home. Thanks for being a long time customer.

  Refurb buyers should know that are totally re-built which sometimes includes the case. The electronics and pumps are what you can't see, but they are new too. You saw the outside, but we know the inside. Happy future extractions
