  The item purchased itself wasn't the greatest, not the sellers fault, but the seller went above and beyond to help me resolve the problem. They made sure the problem was resolved with the manufacturer and we're very professional and prompt with their responses. The packaging all came intact as well with no visible damage from shipping. I highly recommend purchasing from this store. They have amazing prices and exceptional customer service!

  Really impressed with the seller, genuine good guys, good communication, the quality of the kit has to be seen to be believed, it's very robust, Very well packaged. Shopped via UPS, who did a brilliant job shipping it 5000 miles, the package was pristine, no damage was evident, I was contacted by their import personnel as soon as it arrived on UK soil, remember if your importing this kit you'll need to pay VAT and import duty. Suffice to say I'm extremely happy with the transaction. Thank you.

  I had an excellent experience with this vendor! The service was outstanding, and the package arrived in perfect condition, securely wrapped in bubble wrap and well-packaged with no damage. Communication was great throughout the entire process, and the seller even followed up after the package arrived to ensure everything was in order. I highly recommend this vendor to everyone!   Very smooth transactions. I was a little bit worried about the delivery (because I live in Switzerland). Fortunately, the package arrived whole, in perfect condition, undamaged. I’m very happy with the buyer. If I had to do another transaction with him, I wouldn’t hesitate. 100% confident.

  The item I received was over priced, poor quality, not as described, arrived late, and had damage. When I reached out to customer service for help, they were completely unhelpful and unwilling to accept a return. It wasn’t until I got eBay involved that they finally agreed to take the item back promising a lower refund amount. This level of service is unacceptable, and the lack of accountability was beyond frustrating. I would not recommend this seller based on my experience.

  If I could put 0 stars I would I ordered a bumper for my car come with missing parts I messaged him sent pictures and his service was terrible avoid this seller.. All he does is drop ship products from Ali Baba and has your eyes out in the process the trouble I had to get my product delivered after paying all duties etc I could of bought a full kit from Ali Baba and saved at least £1000 in process.. Holding fees I got charged extra I said I was gonna send it back would of cost me more money

  All products ship from Fullerton, CA. They do not come from Alibaba. We asked for pictures 9 days ago and this is the first we've heard from you since.
