  The item purchased itself wasn't the greatest, not the sellers fault, but the seller went above and beyond to help me resolve the problem. They made sure the problem was resolved with the manufacturer and we're very professional and prompt with their responses. The packaging all came intact as well with no visible damage from shipping. I highly recommend purchasing from this store. They have amazing prices and exceptional customer service!

  I had an excellent experience with this vendor! The service was outstanding, and the package arrived in perfect condition, securely wrapped in bubble wrap and well-packaged with no damage. Communication was great throughout the entire process, and the seller even followed up after the package arrived to ensure everything was in order. I highly recommend this vendor to everyone! I will definitely be purchasing from them again.

  The item I received was over priced, poor quality, not as described, arrived late, and had damage. When I reached out to customer service for help, they were completely unhelpful and unwilling to accept a return. It wasn’t until I got eBay involved that they finally agreed to take the item back promising a lower refund amount. This level of service is unacceptable, and the lack of accountability was beyond frustrating. I would not recommend this seller based on my experience.

  Very excellent communication had trouble where it wasn’t sent out the hood contacted them n they handled it for me n got back to me with tracking info n all I will be ordering from them again within the next month or so thank you guys for handling everything for me I really appreciate it

  First off the seller was great and did their best to resolve my issues with the manufacturer. With that being said the hood I bought was pure trash. Sent from the factory with damage and lots of imperfections, bolts were not even close to be able to mount it. Everything about the hood was a disaster. The manufacturer offered me $150 back which was a slap in the face. Cost me hundreds to get it right from a professional. Absolute junk and couldn’t be more dissatisfied. Seller though is awesome!

  This sale went sidewards, the item was improperly packaged, and I refused to take possession. This was something beyond the Seller's control and to thier credit, they gave me a complete refund. Closing remark good seller, excellent product, and horrible packaging of an exceptionally large and expensive product!
