  A very solid, good experience. Checkedw/seller in advance to ensure the size I wanted was really available, and seller contacted me immediately to confirm. Item shipped fast, and tracking # follow up was great. Product was new as advertised albeit w/some minor cosmetic blems that are very hard to notice. I am extremely happy with the purchase overall and the buying experience and will buy from them again. Thank you.

  Delivery of backpack took longer than 4 weeks as seller sold an item not on stock . Communication was haphazard at best with no comms at first. Only after separate phone calls was I able to gain sufficient response and swift shipment once the backpack was available in store in Lithuania. Backpack showed up as advertised though!:)
