  Absolutely fantastic service. The server was just as described, and it shipped very fast and was packed very well, which is hard to find with servers this big. Communication with the seller was also great, I had to reach out for a minor missing part but the seller immediately responded and immediately shipped the part. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

  Company inadvertently sent me the wrong item. I let them know and they refunded my money. I didn't get the graphics card I wanted, but I also didn't lose anything. They were very apologetic and prompt with their response.
