    The listing had a photo of M&S trousers with clear M&S branding. Received cheaply made ‘Kamdin’ branded trousers. Informed seller who said it was a mistake and they removed the M&S photos from the listing . Opened a case to return, this dishonest seller then claimed the m&s photos were never on the listing - which I can prove they were. Avoid this very dodgy seller!

    Trousers were exactly as described. However when my order arrived there should have been 2 pairs and when I contacted seller they advised they knew they only had 1 and then it took a further 3 days after contact before refund was processed, this should have been done as soon as they realised they couldn't fulfill my order

    Seller communication good, however the courier failed with the delivery so the item was lost and I was unable to locate it. This was 100% due to the courier and not the fault of the seller.

    I'm very pleased with the way eBay handled my issue. As soon as I reported that the school trousers I ordered were too small for my son, I received a full refund without any hesitation. This excellent customer service gave me the confidence to reorder the correct size, which arrived and fits my son perfectly, I like the quality, condition, value affordable and appearance 👍.  Outstanding service—thank you!
