  The item was delivered as described however once unpackaged the item was dead ava would not charge. The item is unusable. Once I notified the seller of the issue they issued a full refund...A+ seller.

  Xbox controller is "Like New" as described! I wasn't sure if it would be truly like new and I am a picky buyer. But looking over it thoroughly, including the box, instruction manual, its parts, and testing it, it is all great! It even has that "new controller" scent that these controllers usually have! Everything was included as pictured! It was packaged OK but it arrived without much damage. Shipped on time. Thank you!!

  The vacuum arrived on time and in perfect condition. It looked great and felt like a solid value for the price. Unfortunately, it stopped working after about two weeks. That said, the seller handled the situation very professionally and issued a refund promptly. Excellent customer service despite the hiccup.
