Who is Exclusive Fitted?

Situated in the historic Queens district of Jamaica Ave, NY, we started as a family owned and operated sportswear super store that has been in operation since 1997. We offer a unique combination of New Era Hats, Urban Apparel and Accessories. As business grew, we've expanded to our second retail store offering a massive selection of custom New Era Hats, Jacket and Jersey. Nonetheless, as demand for exclusive New Era Hats grew exponentially beyond our stores, we decided to open our Ebay mega store, Exclusive fitted in May of 2013. After 3 successful and growing years, exclusive fitted began it's own independent operation. All items ship from our warehouse within 1 business days.

    Still haven't received tracking #, product or any response back. Said delivery date was 7-21-25. Here's the thing tho. As soon as I ordered it I saw the same shorts for $30-$40 cheaper so as it was being processed, before it went through, I contacted the seller to cancel my order to save them the time of mailing it & me the time from having to mail it back. I tried to contact a few more times since then. No response. I just realized I haven't received the tracking # & it's past delivery date.

    Item came as described and was authentic. However, the communication was horrible. I’ve never ever done business with someone this bad. No response until it was the last day to ship out the item, which was a whole week after I purchased it. I read the negative reviews on the app and began to think if I would ever receive the item or if the item would be authentic, despite the lack of communication and reviews. Very unprofessional. If it wasn’t for that, would’ve been 5 stars across the board.
