    Never got the item due to issues with physical address. Their shipper did not like a PO Box address, and also problems with my civic address within Canada. Payment was refunded in full. Good communication with seller. Although I didn't receive the item, the seller was upfront & honest. A+++ even though it wasn't completed.

    This was my first order from China. It was a simple, inexpensive piece. The transaction and the execution of the order was superb. The item is brand new. Came in in a very decent package. Delivered two weeks in advance perhaps due to the fact that it was exempted from the customs duties. It cleared the local customs in just a day. However , the seller asked the picture of my ID card. I was not cautious enough and sent that pic. It was not necessary. I immediately had to change my ID card.

    Motors arrived yesterday after being shipped out on August 6 from China. Look good and should fit the project need I have.

    Initial item shipped to me was the wrong version but the seller quickly shipped me the correct item. It looks good and fit well to the card which now sits in a full height slot perfectly aside from a small gap between the bracket and the PCIe frame of the case. I can’t complain though as this was a good price for a quality item.
