  When this item arrived, I question the product itself because it was advertised as new. However, has some scratches outer surface. Seller apologized and offered $2 refund with the comment “definitely brand new” I used about two weeks, now it is completely dead. It is just garbage.

  Hello, if you have confirmed that the speaker is not damaged, then the battery is just out of power. Please try to charge it for more than 5 hours and then try to start the speaker.
