  For $30 shipping it should ship out sooner than 13 days later. Ordered on 11th not expected to ship until 24th. Ridiculous!

  The shipping terms were CLEARLY marked on the add. We followed these terms perfectly. It is not my responsibility to make sure you actually read what you are purchasing. After that, you've also attempted to return this (close out nonreturnable, as stated in the add) item under false pretenses. Out photos showed EXACTLY what the item was and how it was constructed.
