    Item accurately described & illustrated in the listing and excellent value. Condition & appearance acceptable for a used item: The metal tube was scuffed where bolts had been removed, but plastic parts were pristine. I'm very pleased to have this: it has let me repair my Bosch cordless lawnmower. The item was very well packaged in protective plastic bags & bubble wrap within an outer cardboard box. Delivery (by Evri, not Royal Mail as listed) was delayed owing to a typo in the address label.

    The item arrived in good condition, well packaged, and on time. There was a slight hiccup with a missing piece but this was promptly resolved with only a small delay due to the extra shipment - a big thank you to Jessica. I have no problem in recommending Misc Supply as a vendor, and will happily purchase from them again.

    Given positive experience because even though I didn’t receive the sink, it wasn’t the sellers fault. It transpired that once again a delivery company let us all down. For some silly reason Hermes couldn’t deliver it on the day It should’ve been here and then after rescheduling, which they actually didn’t actually do, they lost it! The seller maintained excellent communication through all this and as I have purchased things from them before I know they are fine. Delivery companies? Useless!!
