White seat was not protected, arrived dirty where metal frame rubbed against it. Although many items ship from our location, this one ships directly from our manufacturer's warehouse. We will bring this to their attention and request they improve packaging & quality control. Had this been brought directly to our attention, rather than in a public forum, we would have gladly provided an assembly diagram. Also, if you offered images of your discontent, we would have checked if we could have been able to offer a discount. Maybe next time.
